About

Las Palmas Masajes is the personal practice of Janka, a certified massage therapist operating from a private studio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. This is not a salon, spa, or wellness centre — it is a one-person, home-based massage practice.

Services

All massage treatments are performed by Janka personally. Services offered include relaxing massage, decontracting massage, quiro massage, reflexology, and pregnancy massage. Specific treatments, durations, and prices are listed on the website.

Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via the website contact form, by phone (+34 699 591 993), or by email ([email protected]).
  • Booking confirmations will be sent within 24 hours.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as the full session time cannot always be extended.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to the full session price.
  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session price.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.
  • All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Health and Safety

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please inform Janka before your session.
  • Janka reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your health condition.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate health information before the session.

Liability

  • Janka takes all reasonable care to provide safe and professional treatments.
  • Las Palmas Masajes is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health issues that may arise from treatments where relevant health information was not disclosed.
  • Las Palmas Masajes is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years or older. Clients under 18 may receive treatment only with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by an adult.
